We make the billing process less stressful by taking care of all those pesky details so you can focus on your clientele!
Our billing services include
Weekly submission of all medical claims
Management of no-response claims
Follow-up on rejections and denials
Follow-up on payment errors
Communication on client insurance plan changes reported by insurance companies
Billing Service Fees
$0 – $25,000 claims collected a minimum of $250/month or 8% of claims paid*
$25,000 – $50,000 claims collected 7% of claims paid*
Over $50,000 claims collected 6% of claims paid*
Group Practice Rates Vary - contact us to discuss!
The rate is paid monthly, and you only pay on claims that are completed!
*You will be paying 1% more than the fees listed above to cover account set-up for the first 90 days.
